The current product estimates payments and publishes a verified public-facts directory. Directory profiles and fictional homepage rows do not prequalify, approve, or route a visitor anywhere. You can use both without entering identity, contact, credit, bank, tax, or document information.
Hard gates
A pathway can appear only after written authorization.
Enabling any provider-hosted path requires a signed partner agreement, encodable and effective program criteria, an approved destination and disclosure, and legal review of the site’s role. Missing, invalid, future, or expired configuration fails closed back to research-only partner mode; the calculator and editorial directory remain available.
Data boundary
Applications and underwriting stay on the provider’s system.
If an approved pathway becomes available, the site may compare coarse transaction facts such as state, modeled amount, equipment type, condition, and selected term with signed program criteria. It will not claim approval or accept underwriting documents. Any actual application opens on the provider’s domain under that provider’s privacy notice and terms.
