Calculator inputs are processed locally.

The current calculator performs payment calculations in the browser. We do not ask for or intentionally store your name, email address, phone number, tax identifier, bank information, credit information, or underwriting documents through the calculator.

If you choose “Copy scenario link,” the link includes the equipment price, cash or trade equity, estimated tax, illustrative rate, term, and any selected equipment criteria. It does not include identity, contact, credit, or document data. Because those assumptions become part of the URL, they may appear in browser history and routine infrastructure logs. Share a scenario only if you are comfortable including those non-sensitive values.

Equipment purchase inquiries are optional.

The equipment-financing inquiry page asks for a first name, email address, state, equipment type and condition, purchase channel, estimated purchase price, purchase timeline, and confirmation that the purchase is for business-purpose farm equipment. The inquiry is used to measure demand and to contact you by email about that purchase. It is not a credit application, prequalification, approval request, or marketing-list subscription.

The inquiry form does not accept a phone number, free-text message, credit score, income, Social Security number, tax identifier, bank information, identity document, or underwriting document. A configured service provider acting for Farm Equipment Finance stores accepted inquiries with restricted access. Each record carries a deletion date 90 days after receipt. We will not transmit an inquiry to a financing provider unless we first identify that provider and obtain separate permission from you.

You may ask us to delete an inquiry sooner through the public contact channel. Routine hosting and security logs may still be retained for their shorter operational period, as described below.

Partner checks use transaction criteria.

The provider names, program descriptions, and criteria currently displayed in comparison tables are fictional prototype data. They do not trigger a network request, application, or handoff to a third party.

If partner matching is available, the site compares the state, modeled amount, equipment type, equipment condition, and selected term with approved program criteria delivered to the page. The current site does not submit those values to a financing provider until you choose to follow a link to that provider’s site.

Infrastructure can produce routine logs.

Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and diagnostic data to deliver and protect the service. Retention and access should be limited to operational and security needs according to the production hosting configuration.

Provider sites have their own privacy practices.

A financing provider’s application opens on that provider’s domain. Its privacy notice and terms govern information submitted there. Confirm the destination before entering financial or identity information.

Anonymous aggregate measurement

The production release uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate page views and property-free product actions without advertising cookies. Before a page view or product event is transmitted, this site removes the URL query string and fragment. That prevents the price, equity, tax, rate, term, purchase channel, equipment details, and state contained in a shared calculator link from entering product analytics.

Plausible reports page-view data in anonymous aggregate form and may derive coarse location, device, operating-system, browser, and referrer categories. We do not attach names, contact details, account identifiers, calculator values, or underwriting data. This release does not use advertising trackers, cross-site behavioral profiling, session replay, application-assigned user or session identifiers, or custom-event properties.

This site sends page views, aggregate engagement time and maximum scroll depth, and the product actions named below. It does not send a raw scroll stream or enable Plausible's automatic outbound-link, file-download, or form-submission measurements.

The property-free event named calculator_completed is counted when you first choose to copy or share a scenario output or print its summary. Repeating those actions on the same displayed calculator does not create another completion event. The event does not say which action you chose and is not evidence of an application, eligibility, approval, or financing transaction.

The property-free event named dealer_interest is counted immediately before an explicit dealer-pilot discussion link continues to the contact page. It does not include contact content and does not show whether a message is sent, received, or accepted. These product events include no custom properties or an application-assigned user or session identifier.

The property-free event named financing_inquiry_submitted is counted only after the secure lead destination accepts an inquiry. It does not contain the person’s name, email, state, equipment facts, price, timing, or lead identifier. The accepted lead record—not the analytics event—is the authoritative conversion record.

Calculators and comparison sections include a link to a partner-pathway status page. A visit to that page is counted as an ordinary aggregate page view and may be used as a coarse signal that visitors want a provider-hosted next step. It does not start an application, establish eligibility, or transmit calculator assumptions to a financing provider.

Your choices

You can use the calculator without creating an account. You can also avoid leaving this site for a provider application. For product boundaries, see about our role.
